How do I change more than one color at a time? (Instead of all at once)

Is this what you are looking for? When you activate the "Link harmony colors" option the dashed lines within the circular spectrum will turn solid and dragging one color dot will change all of the colours.

You can drag them all into one line and then change them.

As for selecting an area: do it before opening Recolor artwork
