How do I connect my sky-cut c24 wth m lappy using illustrator and the plug-in available on the sky-cut website.

The latest Skycut plugin is from 2020. There is no support or directions on installing on current versions of Illustartor. You'll need to contact Skycut to find support and see if there is an update to their plugin for current Illustrator and OS. Otherwise you may need to downgrade to a compatible system/Illustrator version that works with the plugin.

Yes. But it doesn't work. I am using the plug in from skycuts website.
