It seems to just go in a circle where I navigate to a page from the support page, and then at the bottom it says "Contact Us, real help from real people" and it just leads me back to the first page. I think this is referred to as a dark cycle. How do I contact adobe??

Click on the chat icon on the bottom right, and type AGENT to avoid bots and talk to a human.
