How do I fix these offset path?

(Illus. version 27.5, 2023, Mac OS)

As the screenshot I showed you, how could I solve these problems? I used offset path, but the result is as shown.

Are there overlapping or very closely arranged anchor points at those areas? Have you tried cleaning up the path?
