How do I gather and send a complete Illustrator file with attachments and fonts to a print provider

I'm having a problem with color backgrounds not matching same color for an art block on a print job. Rather than sending a PDF file of the project to the printer, they need to have all of the files used to make the job to process in their own in-house production department. I want to send the whole project to them, including linked images and fonts used on that job. Is it possible to do this and send it all as a package for them to work on?
