How do i get the same color in all apps?

When I open the PNG file on photoshop (RGB), it shows a bright colored image, and illustrator (CMYK), not even when opening in RGB colors, the app got it right, not even when placing a linked object... to make things wrost, not even when exporting to PDF the colors of the linked PNG or anything are correct... everything looks dull and with diferent hues (the blue looks purple-ish, the orange looks yellow-ish, the yellow looks green-ish...)

how do i make illustrator show and export with good colors? (or at least, the same the PNG file has on it)

RGB and CMYK will almost never be the same bright colors. Will this be printed? In that case ask the service provider about specifications and about what's possible.

Apart from that: harmonize your color settings. Please read about color management in the documentation.
