How do I import spsm file?

The newest update is phenomenal, as far as 3D, but I found a roadblock. I am invited to import community-created assets, so I have downloaded some. One was an .sbsar file, which I was able to drop onto the panel and it loaded in 'Your Materials' section. but I have many more that at .spsm and I can't get them imported, either drag-and-drop or manually.

I really want to use these, but can I?

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about your experience. On the web page, go to the materials section and download sbsar files. I am afraid SPSM format is not supported within the Adobe Illustrator yet. Please find more information here: https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/about-3d-effects-illustrator.html

I'd also request you to share your suggestions and feedback about the app here: https://illustrator.uservoice.com/

Product team would be happy to consider them in future releases.

Regards,

Ashutosh
