How do I install Illustrator on Mojave in 2022?

I am still using Mojave and have no plan to upgrade because I need one 32-bit app.

Now I need to use Illustrator and I am new to Creative Cloud. The latest version of Illustrator on Creative Cloud doesn't support Mojave. How can I get an older version that will work on Mojave?
