Does somebody know how I can create an outline like this with a font??

It will be a breeze with the plugin Stylism and its blockshadow tool. But it's possible with native tools as well. The process is on this page and this video (the video covers only one shadow direction, the page covers the values of 4)

After building this you will have to expand the effects and apply the colors and the stroke
