How do i put newly created brushes is a specific folder?

I have created a new Brush Library. When I create a new brush, how can I save it in my new library?

Your library is an AI file somewhere on your computer. If you saved it into the default location, then you can just open the AI file from there. Then add the new brushes to its brushes panel.
