How do I save an arrow style?

How do I save an arrow type? By which I mean a line with an arrowhead on each end, and a certain width. The length of the arrow might change. I'd like to draw my line then style it with one click.

So you don't need to create new arrowheads, you just want to use existing ones?

Make a graphic style by dragging a path with the desired attributes into the graphic styles panel.
