How do I select and move two control handles on two different anchor points so they move

Question

I found a way to move the steering wheel the same at the same time on YouTube and tried, but it didn't work out.
If you press the scale tool and move the handle, it will only move horizontally in the specified position. What is the cause? Why does the handle disappear along the way? Please tell me solution.

Hi @remadem=EGwanggam,The trick seems to be that you need to slightly adjust each handle with the white arrow (/ direct selection arrow) so they're no longer completely horizontal. I've attached a video. Sorry about the delay. Hopefully this helps.
