How do I separate the pages of an Ai stock template?

Hi, 

I downloaded a stock template that came in AI/EPS to use for a report. It's one of those 16-page templates with a gagillion layers, but all pages are on one artboard and the print setup makes it look like I won't be able to print it as a booklet. It looks like all the business brochure templates are like this, so it doesn't really matter which one I chose AND it looks like the InD templates are the same....

I'm pretty sure I understand how to edit text and insert photos into the clipping masks, but I cannot figure out how to separate the pages from the single artboard and use each page/layout individually.

The screenshot I have attached is the way the file opens.
