How do I set the font size increase keyboard increment to 0.1 pt?

I have set my keyboard increment to 0.1 pt, but it only works for resizing the objects with the keyboard arrows.

If I use the keyboard arrows to change the font size, the incremenet is still 1 pt.

Yes, if I put my cursor in the font size field.

Even if my keyboard increment in the General Preferences is set to 0.1 pt, the font size increment is still 1 pt.
