How do I stop "Tours" and "Tips" pop-up windows?

These tips pop up every few minutes when I click on some tools. Very annoying and get in the way of me working.

How do I stop them?

    Thanks guys. I just closed the fourth one...

    I left an Illustrator feedback. Hopefully someone at Adobe fixes this soon.

    I'm not sure this works, but according to this previous post (Re: HOW TO DISABLE TOUR PANEL ) if you close the pop up 3 times, it shouldn't come back until the preferences are reset or the app is reinstalled.
