How do I uninstall Illustrator Beta?

I recently installed Illtrator Beta. However, it stopped working, and I can't update it; the start icon is grayed out.

So I decided to uninstall it. But when I click on the uninstall icon, it takes me to Creative Cloud, which asks me to update it. In other words, I appear to be caught in a loop.

So, how can I uninstall Illustrator Beta?

In the Creative Cloud app, go to the beta section.

In the list of apps there to the very right there are 3 dots. Click on them to open a popup menu. There is the uninstall function.

Beta uninstalled but still works how Illustrator default version. How I can place the actual Ai default?

So the beta launches although it's not installed?
