Is this a file you have placed in Illustrator? Or in a layout software?

Is this perhaps an EPS that is placed in InDesign? In that case you have to change the quality settings.

The file is placed on Ilustrator, but if I try to zoom, the imagine it's too pixellated. How I can increase the quality? Using Photoshop?

No, you will need to recreate it from scratch. As long as you have the right fonts, it should be pretty simple.

Use your image as a template ( Place > 1st Layer ), add another Layer as your artwork / draw Layer.  Match the fonts and line thicknesses.  Or, contact the original creator and get permission to use their file.

    you need the following tools:

    -type

    -type on a path

    -ellipse

    and appropriate fonts.

    I can't do this because it's a composed path
