How to add a business card insert to a document

Hello,

I am trying to add an insert/cut lines on a document that will have a spot to add their business card. How do I do this so that the printers know how to print/cut it? All I used was a pen tool to add the lines.

I was able to rech out to a marketing employee to figure it out. I simply put in a business card outline and informed to person requesting to notify their printer of the cuts they need made.
