How to add a light to text or shape like this

I'm not good at English, I'm not good at English, I don't know how to design like the picture below (transform picture 1 to picture 2) and I don't know how to call this design's name. Please help me, thank you.

I don't know if there is a name to it.

So basically there is no automatic way to do that. You draw shapes for those highlights where you think they need to be. You could alternatively draw open paths and then apply width profiles to them. That would be easier to edit.
