How to Batch Export Creative Cloud Library Assets to AI, EPS, or PNG in Illustrator

We are using the libary and database tools in Illustrator for big projects. But our clients would love to have our saved illustrations as well. How helpfull would it be to have the option in Create Cloud to create an export to .EPS , .Ai and PNG images?

I would describe it like this:
Instead of exporting to a .cclibs file you can export to EPS, Ai and PNG images. You can define the artboard like: 1000 by 1000 px and the illustration (vector) scales towards that size so it fits. So you have always a good export in the correct size you need.

Hi @CoolerMedia_database,

Thanks for sharing the details. Currently, Creative Cloud Libraries do not support directly batch exporting all assets as individual files like AI, EPS, or PNG from the Libraries interface. However, you can achieve a similar result using Illustrator’s Export for Screens workflow.

You can drag the assets from the Library panel onto an Illustrator artboard, select them, right click and choose Collect for Export, and then go to File > Export > Export for Screens. In the Assets tab, choose the formats you need such as PNG, AI, or EPS, set the required scale or size, and export them together.

You can also export the entire library from the Creative Cloud Desktop app by going to Files > Your libraries and selecting Export, which downloads it as a .cclibs file. If needed, you can rename the file to .zip, remove spaces from the name, and unzip it to access the PNG or JPEG assets. Please note that EPS files would still need to be exported from Illustrator. I understand this functionality would be very useful for your workflow. If you have a moment, please consider submitting this as a feature request on the Illustrator UserVoice page so the product team can review and prioritize it. You’ll also receive updates there if the feature is considered.

Please give the workflow a try and let us know how it goes.

Looking forward to your update.
