How to change Graphic style default color (white & black) in the tool box?

I'm try to change the default color on illustrator startup time but i can't to find the option please help me to change this option.

Do you have an option in Preferences > General > Enable Rich UI" ?

If so, can you uncheck that option and see if it helps?
