How To Convert Text In A Illustrator File To A Font

I have never used Illustrator before as I'm much more comfortable with After Effects and Premiere Pro. I recently bought a Font type and I got an Illustrator file. Is it possible to convert the text in the Illustrator file to a Font type to be used in other Adobe programs? I'll attach a picture to maybe help with the question.
