How to disable all ads and suggestion pop ups?

Ive been using Illustrator for nearly 30 years and I do not want ANY pop up ads for other tools or tips. I dont want ANY suggustions or any other feedback on my screen. I want to use Illustrator tools without these annoying ads. Is there a comprensive set of preferences that will comepletally disable ALL these distracitons? Please advise your faves here so we can have them all of the next thousand users searching for them. Thanks!

From my end I disable "Rich Tooltip" from preferences.

Good one Ares, will add to the list. I've disabled ALL tooltips but still get pop up ads for other junk. I hope Adobe makes a dumbed down version of Illustrator and in it they can exercise their desire for all those pop up ads and tips leaving us professionals to simply use our tool unencumbered. 🤞
