How to disable annoying pop up?

This is really annoying, Remind Later only closes it but it will popup again the next time AI is launched. How do I disable it?

Click OK and it should go away forever.

Click on OK didn't work for me, I've tried it a couple of times. It just take me to an Adobe site.
