How to disable Generative AI in Illustrator (not just hide pop-ups)

Question

Illustrator has started auto-implementing generative AI for tasks that do not require it. I was cropping/resizing/realigning three images on an art board, when out of nowhere, generative AI turned on and I was informed I was consuming credits.

I have only found suggestions on how to hide the pop-up, not to disable generative AI all together.

Does anyone know how to turn it off?

​@MarygauxlightlyCan youdisable theContextual Task Bar, the thing that auto-suggests AI actions? It likely helpprevent any accidental pop-ups? I have mine turn off until and if I need it
