How to disable Illustrator (23.0.1) Libraries - pop up notification

Hello!

As stated in the header, how can I get rid of that pop-up, that keeps coming up everytime I start Illustrator; I have attached a screen shot of it.

Reseting preferences did help for like few days, but it seems that the problems still persist.

So, no, resetting preferences wasn't a right answer after all, like I first thought...

Any new ideas?

Shouldn't appear anymore after you've seen it once.

So there might be something weird going on with your preferences.
