How to Disable Rotate View tool in illustrator

Hi, recently I have encounter problem with this new rotate view function in llustrator. This function really bothers me. It rotate the artboard whenever I use zoome/touch pad and I cannot undo this funtion when this happen. Is there anyway I can disable this funtion? I tried to search but so far I cannot find an answer to resolve this issu. If anyone knows? Thanks.
