How to export curves data value like transform x,y,w,h and angle values to another app

Hello,
I would like to export my curves data values from illustrator  to get read into another app.
I need to export Transform X,Y,W,H and angles from curves to another app.
Is there a format that can take these values. I tried SVG but it missed the curves angles if I cut the curves in angle like 0, 90 degre it doesn't export these values unfortunately.
Do you have a suggestion?

    Likely you will need to write a complex script to write your own meta format or a custom flavor of SVG. Without knowing what it is supposed to do and where the data is supposed to be used it's impossible to understand the exact requirements and why regular SVG should not work.
