How to extend vector colours to the bleed automatically in Illustrator?

I have this image that is going to be cut right where the colours of the artwork end, and that outer stroke will be the bleed.
I need to extend all the colours out to that black bleed line, but there are so many shapes and colours... (I have many other elements like this one to do)

Is there any way to do this automatically, without extending each colour manually?

I know about Offset Path, for example, which expands the artwork’s edges; but when I use it, the colours don’t align properly with the bleed.
