How to fix accidentally distortred text

I was wondering if there is way to return live text to it's undistorterd form. I accidentally grabbed an anchor point stretched some text.

Go to your Character palette and you can edit the vertical or horizontal scale, for example, back to 100%.

Select the text object and Ctrl+Shift +X (on the Mac: Cmd+Shift+X)

How about Ctrl/Cmd+Z, unless it is discovered too late?

Otherwise, if you have live Type, I believe you may be able to reset the font size/horizontal/vertical scale.
