How to fix "Compatible GPU not available" in Illustrator

The selection tool (V) is working like the direct selection tool (A) would all of a sudden. That happened along with the situation of the zoom. I have a Dell Inspiron 15 7000 Intel Core i7 10th Gen.

The thing is, it keeps telling me that I need to update my GPU because it is having compatibility issues with Illustrator and since I haven't seen decided which processor to choose, it keeps giving me troubles with the performance, which is why the option is disabled. I need to choose between the NVDIA or INTEL processor
