while I m exporting the illustrator file the black background spot remains in png formate how to fix this issue

Please open the lyaer in the layers panel (click on the arrow) and also please try and select such a spot with the direct selection tool and show us the appearance panel.

Those appear to be remnants of strokes on isolated anchor points, so check your layers palette and al lthat and clean them up. Anything more would require screenshot of said palette and the artwork inside AI as well as other info like what styles you used on the grid and such, your export settings and so on.
