You mean you want the cake in plan view rather than perspective? You would need to redraw it. Is this your artwork?

What Doug said: you have to redraw it. You could possible isolate the largest side and then distort it to get it flat, but that might or might not work.

Also: When making it flat you will either see the top or the side and both do not depict it fully.
