How to get large dimensions in Adobe Illustrator 2019

Dear all, I would like to make banner in Illustrator 2019 with size 10 meter * 0.70 meter but when I'm create new file Illustrator allow only size 577.955 cm * 577.955 cm. I'm hoping everyone can help me.

There's two options. One is to update to AI2020 which has a new option for a larger work area. The other would be to make your piece at 50% and scale up when printing.
