how to get my stroke to show in 3d and material

hello, ive been tring to get the stroke to show in my font but for some reason when i add the 3d extrude effect the stroke wont show on some of the letters. Not sure why i was wondering if someone could help me. I noticed it only happens to the letters i used the shape builder tool on.

Can you please show the original without effect?

And also the objects in the layers panel and the appearance panel with those problem letters selected.
