How to get the JavaScript I need to create an interactive SVG

Question

In Adobe Illustrator 2021 I'm trying to create a piece of text which includes a hover state as an 'onmouseover' event and then save my creation as an SVG file. However, when I attempt to create my hover Illustrator asks me to import a JavaScript file (See attached screen shot). I know very little about JavaScript and I don't really have the time to learn it right now. Therefore, I would really appreciate it if someone could provide me with the JavaScript I need in order to be able to create my interactive SVG file.
