How to install a pen stroke? Illustrator CS6 Windows 10

Hi,

I know the basics of using Adobe Illustrator CS6, but now I want to expand my tools beyond what Illustrator offers on default. What I am looking for is some sort of vector file that can be installed to the pen tool to create different-looking strokes (similar to how you can download brush packs for Photoshop, or download different fonts). Is anyone familiar with what I'm talking about and how to do it?

Thanks in advance.

You should be able to achieve your objective by using brushes which are already a part of Illustrator. See this link for more information: How to work with brushes in Illustrator .
