Hi, im new at illustrator and being first time design a oversized banner ithink? I convert 12x4.5 foot in to inches and design it smoothly. But when its come to export to png nor jpeg.. its turn worst.. suddenlysome of the element moving .  How do i fix this? Is it my illustrator broke or theres a way for this?

Export this as a PDF to send to the printer or the client.

In order to send this for printing first ask the printer for PDF specifications they work with.

You should understand that the advantage of doing jobs in Illustrator rather than Photoshop is that it is a vector program which means that no matter what size a native Illustrator file (.ai) is used at it will retain its full quality without becoming ragged or jaggy. When you export it as a jpeg or png you are converting your art into a raster image which is resolution dependent and will not maintain its quality. Save the file as .ai and you should see a much better result.

Can you please post screenshots so we can see what is moving or describe in detail the elements, we have nothing to go on here.

Rather than posting numerous  suggestions , of which only one can be correct, would like to see something first.

Why would you first want to design this in Illustrator and then export a crappy PNG?
