how to reinstall Illustrator 2022

I was having some problems with Illustrator yesterday. some of the panels such as swatched and appearance stoped responding. I've never had this problem before and assumed that restarting my computer would fix the issue. It didn't. Then I thought if I deleted and reinstalled the app that it might resolve the issue. unfortunaly once I unistalled the app the 2022 version disapeared from my creative cloud. My machine is too old to run the new version and It isn't giving me the option to download the newest version that works on my 2015 mac. I transfered an even older 2019 version from my even older laptop but it is 3 years older and doesn't want to open my newer files. Does anyone know how to access the Adobe Illustrator 2022?
