How to remove lines and keep only the anchor points?

Hello all.

I have a circle with a lot of vector points. Now I'd like to remove the lines (as in delete, not hide with 0% transparancy) and keep only the anchor points. I can find a million tutorials on how to keep the lines and remove the anchor points, but nothing on the other way around.

Any help would be much appreciated!
