How to remove that weird shadow under the tree?

When I turn it to Outline mode it dissapereas and yes I created it using the 3D lighting

Can you not turn off the shadow in the 3D lighting options in that case?

What are these objects and how did you create them?

What happens when you try and select something?

What can you see in the layers panel?

I created the whole try with the use of 3D effect and the shadow on the bottom is a shadow of an one Group (3 parts of the tree and the wood). If I would like to select the shadow it automaticly chooses the Tree.

Is the shadow created using a shape or an effect from the 3D lighting?

Switch to Outline mode to see if the shadow is a separate object you and remove.
