Been Adobe User over 20 Years .. Cannot resize or move text with Mouse Since Update 12/28/2025 . Has Always Worked .. Works Fine in Photo Shop Not in Illustrator . Works Sometime for 3-7 Moves Then . Doesnt ( I Have the Bounding Box ) If Restarted Works 2-3 Times . Then Stops ! Have tryed Every thing ... Help Please ( Deleted and Installed Older Version Same ) Why Doesn't ADOBE have a TECH Help Line ( Phone) Maybe Time to Move On !!

How large is the text already? It cannot be resized past a certain size.

We cannot look into your system, but if you state that older versions behave the same, it maybe some app or conflicting process that prevents your move/scale attempts.

Can you check if the behaviour happens when only Illustrator is running (no other apps or utilities)?

Have tryed (same results) Works for a few move then gone) Works fine in Photoshop! Removed Newest Update , Installed v 27.2 Same results Should I Remove " ADOBE" From System and Reinstall ??

Before update worked Fine for Years !
