How-to rotate when using Radial repeat

Is there any way to input an angle for the radial repeat? I can't adjust the angle with the mouse because it doesn't snap to perfect angles like 30 or 60.

    You mean an angle for rotating the repeat object as a whole? I would first leave it upright and then rotate it with the rotate tool.
