How to save eps or ai file without preview?

When I save EPS files or AI always the icon file is a  preview of artwork I want it to be the default adobe orange icon. Is there a solution to this? Mac OS Monterey. Thanks in advance.

I found the solution, it turned out to be a system option on the finder, the (view options / show icon preview) should be off...

Not on a Mac right now to test, but do you get the Ai icon if you save a file without PDF compatibility?
