I purchased a copy of adobe illustrator 2026 (lifetime license)

when launching its saying request access to this app

 

i also have adobe photoshop installed, this comes from my workplace via creative cloud.

 

how do i fix the issue for my illustrator? its not from my workplace, i purchased it seperatly and cant get it to launch​​​​​​

In addition to what ​@kglad pointed do note that you won’t be able to use apps from two different Adobe ID’s on the same computer without relogin. You will have to login using the appropriate Adobe ID to use the application subscribed via that account

there is no lifetime license for any post-cs6 adobe apps.  ie, who’d you purchase that from and can you get your money back?
