Hello everyone, I am looking for a solution to vectorize a pattern that I created. I applied my pattern in simple shapes, but now I would like to vectorize everything and I can't find how to vectorize the shapes into a pattern... help please !!!

Correct answer Monika Gause

Those lines should all be slightly uneven, right?

First of all: Make the pattern with horizontal lines then rotate it after applying to the shape.

The stroke on the shape can get an effect to look handdrawn.

Madeline,

A pattern requires full accuracy, and for that reason alone I believe that you will have to recreate the pattern as vector artwork rather than try to use Image Trace.

To get suggestions on how to actually create the artwork, it will help helpers if you show what you have now; please use the Insert Photos button at the top of the Reply box (looks like moon over mountains) to make it immediately visible rather than the attachment which requires the opening of the image in a new Tab, separated from this thread.
