How to Work with Arabic Glyphs Illustrator

I am working with A Thuluth Font (Arabic).  This font has glyphs and they are not appearing properly. For example, we can use half connected arabic letters but in my case, they are appearing as full individual letters.

I am unable to access the desired letters from the glyph. Please help me get the right settings.
