How would I save my image in selected pixels?

Hi, I not an expert in illustrator. I am facing a problem when ever I try to save some flyer illustrations into flyer png of my website, I set the pixels in illustrator when I save the pixels are automatically changed and the result is in raster. I don't know what should I do? kindly guide how I save the image in selected pixels. Thanks

Export at 72 PPI.

Tick 'Use Artboards' in the file browser window.

If you still have problems, please show screenshots of your workspace and post the exported image as well.

Can you list the exact steps you are taking, the result you get, and the expected result?

My image pixels are disturbed when I save any flyer, logo, or anything. 
For example. The pixels are set in illustrator is 230 x 230.

                        when I saved it in png or jpeg the dimensions are changed it's like 600x870.
my question is how would I save in that dimension which I set in Illustrator?
