How would you draw this image in Illustrator?

Question

Hi everyone, I'm quite new to Illustrator and the whole vector thing regardless of having much Photoshop experience. I'm designing a logo and I've had midjourney generate an interesting image for me, of which I extracted the shape I'd like to use in my logo. And so I did, using photshop (you can find the image below).

Now I'd like to use it in Illustrator to start creating my logo, maybe redraw it to smoothen a few rough edges using the pen tool. But maybe I don't need to?

How would you guys do it? If I used the pen tool, how would you make the reflective parts on the body?

For a logo I would first try, if the reflective parts can be done without using gradients (and they most probably can). You will have to experiment with shapes a little. Her rear needs some adjustment as well. The anatomy doesn't look quite right.

As for technically doing it: it's a logo, so you better use the pen tool in order to have full control. This will take some time to practice, but it will be totally worth it.
