huge files management
Hello everyone,
I'm struggling with the management of some huge files while working in Illustrator (& Photoshop).
I'm working on very big AI files, often with embedded PSD and/or with many layers and complex vector shapes, and once the file dimensions reaches about 200MB things begin to get really hard:
infinite time for saving a single little modifcation, general slowing down and some old style crashes.
Is there anything I can do to get a better behaviour from my system?
I already moved the AITEMP file from my OS disk, since it was often causing stucks and crashes, to a SSD disk with plenty of space. Is there something I can do about RAM managing within adobe programs? I'm not familiar with that
I'm using Adobe CC, updated to the last releases
this are my PC details:
CPU Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.19 GHz
RAM 32,0 GB
WIN 11 64 bit
CPU and RAM looks quite good to me, aren't they?
